November 15 - 17, 2017    |    NEPPA Training Center

200 New Estate Road, Littleton, MA 01460

NEPPA's Public Utility Management Program (PUMP) is divided into two sessions of 2.5 days each, in the Spring and Fall.  The Fall Program will be held November 15 - 17, 2017 at NEPPA's Training Center (200 New Estate Road, Littleton, MA 01460).

NOTE:  The 11th Annual Lineworkers Rodeo is being held at NEPPA on Thursday, November 16th.  Parking will be limited so please carpool, if possible.

Who should attend?

This program is specifically intended for current and rising utility managers, business managers, customer service leaders, and commissioners. It is designed to orient newcomers and keep incumbents up-to-date in the industry.

What makes PUMP different?

Now in its 25th year, PUMP is the only program of its kind in New England. Participants have a unique opportunity to meet and work with colleagues from around the region as they update their skills and knowledge in an intense, interactive, and enjoyable setting.

How will I benefit?

A key PUMP benefit is your opportunity to build industry contacts. To perform at your highest level in the public utility industry, it is important to have a trusted group of collaborators. Whether you attend with your commissioner to develop stronger bonds, or network with other attendees, you will leave with enhanced personal resources.
